Page 9 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA SILLA S-127 2.2.- Plegado y desplegado de la silla Para desplegar la silla, la situaremos en posición vertical y fijaremos con una mano el respaldo y con la otra haremos descender el asiento de la misma hasta llegar a tope. (Ver la secuencia siguiente).

La única diferencia es que debemos elevar los pequeños pomos situados en los laterales para desbloquear el respaldo (ver figura). Después podremos desplegar el mismo hacia abajo.

Retornar estos en su posición inicial a la hora de plegar la silla. Page 27 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA SILLA S-129 Para volver a plegar la silla es necesario ayudarse con un pie a desbloquear el travesaño de color negro situado en la parte inferior trasera de la silla. Cuando la silla este plegada observar que las ruedas delanteras están orientadas hacia el interior, de esta manera evitaremos resaltes del conjunto recogido en el interior de la ambulancia.
Page 28 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA SILLA S-129 2.4.- Puños Una vez el paciente ya está sentado en la silla se deben situar los puños en la posición adecuada para trasportar el enfermo. Existen dos tipos de puños  Puños extraíbles delanteros Accionar el botón de la parte superior del puño, estirando a continuación para alargar la longitud de éste, hasta que llegue al tope.
