  • Page 10 Mechanical installation Cooling water loop installation HC200PRO/HC300PRO handheld cleaning head has a set of cooling water loop. It should be noted that water cooling is recommended when the laser power is higher than 500 watts. The position and number of cooling water connection ports can be seen in Figure-5, and below table detailed lists recommended water flow rate.

  • Page 13 Maintenance Maintenance of the cleaning head After using the cleaning head, a layer of black ash is attached to the copper nozzle, which is the spark sputtering after the metal is heated, and then adheres to the nozzle, as well as some dust in the air. After use, gently wipe the nozzle with a clean cloth. In a relatively clean environment, pull out the drawer and check whether the protective mirror lens is clean.

The short hose is used to blow air in front of the duckbill to form an air curtain to prevent dust from falling into the duckbill. The long hose is used to blow oxygen on the rust-removed object to support combustion and improve the rust- removal efficiency.

  • Page 23 The “start” interface is commonly used interface for users. In this interface, users can set parameters, turn on/off enable control, switch work mode and laser emit mode. Continuous mode: After turn on the “Laser Enable”, when the light emission conditions are met, just press the switch button of the cleaning head to emit laser continuously, and release the switch button to turn off the laser.

Parameters description of cleaning operation interface: "Wobble Freq": Set the frequency of the galvo-lens motor swing of the head. The larger the frequency value is, the faster the spot moves.
