CONNECTING AN RS232 SERIAL PRINTER If you are connecting an Okidata 184 Turbo serial printer purchased from Chamberlain, the printer can be located up to 50' from the AutoKey system. For this installation you will need a 3-conductor, 18-24 AWG shielded cable (such as Belden Datalene #9925) and a DB25 connector (provided with printers purchased from Chamberlain).
