  • Page 6 1.1. Overview Overview The M2100 series temperature acquisition remote I/O module is a set of computer interface modules based on the Modbus RTU standard protocol. M2100 is remotely controlled through the standard Modbus RTU protocol. The M2100 series is divided three models: M2101 is 8-channel input compatible with 8 type of Thermocouples.

  • Page 14 Software installation diagram 3.3. Simple testing The M2000 series remote I/O module is set to its initial value before leaving the factory, as shown in the table below. If the settings of the M2000 series remote I/O module have been modified and the settings have been forgotten, a wire can be used to connect the Initiate and GND terminals, and then the power of the M2000 can be turned on.
