  • Page 7 Installation LOADING BATTERIES - + - 1.Open the two latches on the right side of the trail camera, and to ensure maximum battery life, you should install 8 new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries into the battery slot.(Shift out Time and Date when the battery will reset the camera) 2.Recommend using a brand new battery.
  • Page 8 Installation INSTALL THE SD CARD 1.The camera uses a Micro SD card(TF card) to save your photos (.jpg format) or videos (.avi format). Micro SD to a maximum 128GB are supported. 2.Formatting the micro SD card before using it for the first time. This can be done in “Format memory card”...
  • Page 9 Camera Operation THREE BASIC OPERATION MODES The OFF mode is the safe mode when any actions need to be taken (e.g. Replacing the micro SD card or batter- mode ies, or transporting the device). It is different from the trigger speed of a trail camera(the trigger speed is the amount of time it takes for the trail camera to take and record the photo once the camera detects an animal).

  • Page 13 Parameter Settings SETTINGS You can set the camera to start recording at a specifific clock time(Make sure you set the date and time of the camera accurately before using this setting). Select ON and set Start and Stop time for the active phase. The Timer settings made here apply to every day monitoring.

  • Page 15 Using the Wall Bracket USING THE WALL BRACKET 1.Mark the drill holes by holding the foot of the wall bracket at the desired mounting location and marking the hole positions. 2.Use a drill with a 6 mm drill bit to drill the required holes and insert the plugs and insert the wall plugs flush with the wall.

The stronger and more stable the Wi-Fi signal is, the faster the download speed will be.

  • Page 18 WiFi Feature 3.Open the "VENARI" APP and click the "Add camera", then click the "Step 1: Connect camera bluetooth" and select the option named "Hownic" in the Bluetooth list that appears in the app. The app will display "Turn on WiFi successfully, please connect to the camera", meanwhile, The trail camera screen will light up and go off immediately.
  • Page 19 WiFi Feature After the camera is connected, the WIFI information bar of the camera will be kept on the mobile APP for the next use. WIFI WORKING PRINCIPLES 1.The trail camera's WiFi can not hook to internet. It is not a webcam or cellular camera.
  • Page 20 App Function Setting REVIEWING ON THE CAMERA SCREEN After WIFI is connected, please turn back to APP main page.Now all remote functions are available for you! If you change the camera settings, please click the shutdown button in the upper right corner of the APP to save the settings.The trail camera will shoot according to the mode set by the APP.
