- Page 5 The 3/8-24 bolts should be tightened to 35 ft-lbs. ASSEMBLY STEPS Refer to Figure 1, the parts list, and Engine Application Chart. The 08-2001-0000 Engine Stand base has (six) 6 locations for mounting engine supports and upright posts. These positions are listed "A through F" Reference Figure 1.
- Page 6 Model: 08-2001-0000 Universal Engine Stand OPERATION Attach appropriate sling (not included with stand) to engine and remove from aircraft according to manufacturer's instructions. Lower engine into engine work stand. Remove hoist from work area. Actuate floor locks. To remove engine, reverse the above operational steps.
