Page 7 V. Assembly and installation ANALOG SMOKER ADAPTATION 1. Disconnect the device from all power sources. 2. Remove the four screws securing the analog control panel. 3. Cut off the connection cables between the chamber and the analogue panel, with a distance of 7 cm from the cabinet.

Page 11 VII. Digital Control Panel Operation Electronic temperature controller operates on the principle of reaching the desired temperature by cycling on and off the heating element. This provides a stable temperature. Changing the set temperature is done by pressing the knob, setting the desired temperature on the display and confirming by pressing the knob again.
