Parts
Assembly
1. Fasten the motor mount (B) to the left side of the fire bowl with two sets of screws.
2. Fasten the motor (A) onto the motor mount (B).
3. Mount the spit rest (H) to the right side of the fire bowl with two sets of screws.
4. Screw the handle (J) onto the end of the main skewer (C). Use the skewer extensions included in the scope of delivery as required.
5. Slide the counterweight (F) and roll ring (I) from the tip onto the main spit (C).
Note: The counterweight (F) is placed to the right of the notch, outside the fire bowl on the counterweight holder (E). It prevents the spit from lifting. The
roll ring (I) is fixed next to the notch on the left of the spit rest (H). It prevents the rotisserie spit from turning from the motor.
6. Stick one meat clamp (D), the meat for roasting, and then the second meat clamp (D) onto the spit. Make sure the meat is as evenly distributed as
possible, in order to reduce the load on the motor.
7. Clamp the meat for roasting between the meat clamps (D) and fix these in place using the holding screws on the roasting spit.
8. Guide the roasting spit with tip into the motor driving opening and then place it on the rest.
9. Connect the mains adaptor of the motor (A) to a suitable socket.
10. To switch the motor on and off, use the toggle switch on the side of the motor.
