  • Page 5 You can switch off your eReader or put it into sleep mode when you're not reading. Both of these options help to extend the battery life. The main difference between these two options is that when you switch your eReader back on from sleep mode, you will be taken straight back to the most recent item you viewed.

  • Page 7 Charging your eReader Before using your tolino shine color for the first time, you should charge it for at least one hour. If possible, charge your tolino shine color using the included USB-C cable. The power delivered by the charger must be 10 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.

This will prevent overcharging, which has a beneficial effect on your eReader's battery life. • Charge your eReader while it's on a hard surface. Charging your eReader on soft surfaces like your bed may prevent the battery from cooling down properly and cause your eReader to overheat.

  • Page 19 Using your eReader near water Both your eReader screen and your hands should be dry to ensure an optimal reading experience. If the screen gets wet, simply wipe using a clean, dry cloth. Your screen may not respond as normal when used in wet conditions or underwater.

You can pay for your book using your credit card, a store credit or a gift card from selected partners. If you have a promotional code, enter it at checkout.
