Windows ME and 98 With the power ON, connect the Reader-15 to the computers USB port. The Reader-15 will show up as a removable disk icon in My Computer. Also, note the drive letters assigned to any network drives. Right click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
Windows CAUSE SOLUTION Reinstall from CD or update driver software in Device Manager - specifying the Reader-15 folder on drive C:\ Unplug the reader and plug it back in. Remove and reinsert the card. Upgrade to a newer OS version.
