- Page 4 • When not in use store the jack, fully lowered in a safe, dry, childproof. • The warnings, precautions & instructions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions & situations that may occur. The operator must understand that common sense & caution are factors, which cannot be built into this product, but must be given by the operator.
- Page 5 Assembly • Connect the upper and lower sections of the handle rod through the positioning pin. • Insert the handle into the handle seat and press down to allow removal of the packing support block.
- Page 6 • Loosen the handle limit screw anti-clockwise and insert it into the handle bar, then tighten the handle limit screw clockwise for normal use. Refilling & Purging The Hydraulic System 1. Ensure the jack is on a level surface with the lifting arm fully down.
- Page 7 2. Remove the pump reservoir bolt. 3. Inject hydraulic fluid reservoir, once full retighten the reservoir bolt. 4. Rotate the handle anti-clockwise to open the pressure release valve. (1-2 complete revolutions required).
- Page 8 5. Pump the handle to discharge any air from the system (at least 5 complete operations are required). 6. Rotate the handle clockwise to close the pressure release valve.
