  • Page 12 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS 4.1.1 GENERALITY -Before starting any operation to make the electrical connection make sure that the unit is not electrically powered. -Make the necessary electrical connections by consulting only the wiring diagram attached to this manual. -Install a suitable breaking and differential protection device for the exclusive service of the unit. -It is essential that the unit is connected to an efficient earth socket.

  • Page 17 INSTALLING EXTERNAL BATTERIES 5.1.1 ELECTRIC BATTERIES The unit may be equipped with an electric battery which can be installed in the following ways. The unit directly controls the electric battery through the Chiller contact present on the board; Disable or raise the set point in summer to prevent the battery from activating in summer mode; Battery with pre-heating function.
  • Page 18 COMMISSIONING AND METHOD OF USE 6.1.1 GENERALITY To ensure the “discharge” of the humidity that is naturally created inside the house, the unit must operate continuously at least at reduced speed (speed 1). If you turn off the ventilation unit, condensation may occur inside the unit and inside the building with possible moisture damage. The commissioning of the unit and any modification of the factory settings must only be carried out by qualified personnel (authorized installer).
