This operating manual is intended to familiarize the service personnel with the operating principle, design, and characteristics of the wireless logger DLT-20 (-21) and its modifications DLT-20-Pt, DLT-20-2Pt, DLT-21-Pt (hereinafter referred to as the logger), as well as its components. The manual also provides in- structions necessary for the correct and safe operation, storage, and transportation of the logger.

1.3. Additional Technical Specifications 1.3.1. In the absence of connectivity, archiving is performed cyclically or until the logger’s memory is full. Once connectivity is restored, archived data is transmitted to the cloud, and memory becomes available for recording again. With connectivity, the logger transmits data to the cloud server once during each archiv- ing period (if the charger is connected) or once every 30 minutes (if the charger is not connected).

The service information screen (Figure 5) displays the logger’s serial number (SN), software version (ver.), and certification date (Sert.). Figure 5. Service Information Screen. When manually starting/stopping archiving, the display shows a graphical confirmation of the actions performed. The message “Button action isn’t allowed” indicates that starting/stopping archiving using the buttons is not possible (see section 2.2).

2.2. Archiving Modes When a connection is available, archive data is periodically transmitted to the cloud, so the logger’s memory remains continuously available for new archive data. In this case, there is no data loss, so the ar- chiving mode set does not matter. Data will be lost if there is no connection for longer than the memory fill time.

2.7. Functionality of Control Buttons The use of the logger buttons for displaying measurement results, indicating alarms, displaying service information, turning the connection on/off, and enabling/disabling storage mode is always available. The ability to use the logger buttons for starting/stopping archiving and activating/deactivating the alarm depends on the archiving start mode and button control mode.

4. LABELING The following information must be indicated on the logger’s casing: • Trademark of the manufacturer • Model designation • Serial number (may be stored in internal memory) • Date of manufacture: month, year • Compliance mark with Technical Regulations (if applicable) 5.

8. MAINTENANCE The logger should undergo maintenance at least once every three months. During maintenance: remove dust and dirt; check the quality of external sensor connections. The battery should be replaced every three years with a new one. ATTENTION! After replacing the battery, ensure a connection for time synchronization. Periodic calibration of the logger is recommended.
