- Page 17 How to Store How to Store the CarbonCore Heated Mattress Pad Before storing Carbon Heated Pad, turn OFF the power and allow it to cool sufficiently. After disconnecting the connector from Carbon Heated Pad, fold it on a flat surface. Store Carbon Heated Pad in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight in a pad storage bag.

If water gets into Carbon Heated Pad, dry it thoroughly before use. When cleaning Carbon Heated Pad, remove foreign substances by gently rubbing it with a clean brush or towel.
