suction is applied, the liquid collects on the cotton wick and is vaporized when the coil receives
energy.
Clearomizer: (Figure 1, 1) A clearomizer is any glass or plastic reservoir with an enclosed
atomizer. The clearomizer is a ceramic coated aluminum frame with a tempered glass tank. The
clearomizer 22mm in diameter and holds up to 3ml of liquid. The base contains an insulated
contact for the atomizer and is connected to an airflow vent. The clearomizer screws into the box
mod. When the tank is filled, suction pulls liquid into the atomizer and creates vapor.
Airflow Vent: (Figure 1, 6) An airflow vent is any vent that allows air to pass through an
atomizer. The airflow vent is a 22mm ring of ceramic coated aluminum with 3 different size
holes for variable airflow. The ring rotates on steel ball bearings. When suction is applied, air is
drawn through the vent into the atomizer, producing vapor.
Variable Wattage Controls (VWC): (Figure 1, 4) A variable voltage or wattage control is any
set of tuning controls that adjust the amount of energy from the battery to the atomizer. The
VWC controls the wattage from the battery to the atomizer. The amount of wattage used is
dependent on the resistance of the coil of the atomizer. Use suggested settings for your particular
atomizer resistance. The VWC has an LCD display and two tuning buttons for increasing or
decreasing power. There is also a larger button for standby or on/off functions.
USB Cable: (Figure 1, 5) The USB cable is a standard Micro USB 2.0 cable that connects to the
port in the box mod to charge the battery internally.
