With this app, you can
•Switch input modes,
•Control play,
•Select or customize EQs,
•Upgrade the firmware, and
•More functions.
Download EDIFIER ConneX app
1. With your smart device, scan the QR code on the quick start guide or the
packaging.
•You can also search for "EDIFIER ConneX" in Apple App Store (iOS devices) or
Google Play (Android devices).
2. Download and install the app.
How to use this app
1. Connect your smart device with the speaker via Bluetooth.
2. In Bluetooth mode, open EDIFIER ConneX App on your smart device.
3. Tap the menu for settings and playback control.
Note: The BLE connection between your smart device and the speaker remains
active even if the speaker is switched to non-Bluetooth input modes.

** The subwoofer is not bundled. To connect it with a subwoofer, another
suitable audio cable may be required.
4. Remote control
•For initial use, connect the remote control to a charger (5V
first. The indicator will turn green after the remote control is activated.
•The remote control will enter power-saving mode if there is no operation in
10 seconds. To wake it up, reach your hand to it. The indicator on the remote
control will turn green.
•If the battery level is lower than 5%, the indicator will turn red. After the remote
control is fully charged, the indicator will turn off.
5. Power on/off
Power on: Switch the main power button on the rear panel to "ON".
Power off: Switch the main power button to "OFF".
•To switch the speaker to standby mode or work mode, tap and hold the "
button on the remote control or press and hold the "Volume/Source" knob on
the rear panel.
6. Input source selection
Press the "Volume/Source" knob on the rear panel or tap the "
remote control to switch between input sources.

7. Bluetooth connection
1. Switch to Bluetooth input. "
2. On your device, select "EDIFIER S880DB MKII" in its Bluetooth device list to
connect, and "

"Volume/Source" knob on the rear panel, or tap and hold the "

8. USB audio streaming
1. Switch to USB mode.
2. Connect the speaker to your computer with the bundled USB cable.
3. On the computer, select this speaker as the audio output device, and then
start playback.

Note:
•USB interface of the speaker is built on USB Audio Class 2.0, which supports
high-resolution audio with sample rate up to 192kHz. For a computer running
Windows 8 or earlier versions, a driver needs to be installed. You can visit
www.edifier.com, search for "S880DB MKII", go to its detail page, scroll down
to the support information, and click the link to download the driver.
•For further information about the driver, access the following link for details:

•Make sure that S880DB MKII is set as the audio output device. (1) For Windows
users, access "Control Panel"→"Sound"→"Play"→"Set as Default" to set
"EDIFIER S880DB MKII" or "XMOS USB Audio" as the current audio output
device. (2) For Mac users, access "System Preferences"→"Sound"→"Output" to
select "EDIFIER S880DB MKII" as the current audio output device.
•In USB mode, the following sample rates are supported: 44.1kHz, 48kHz,
96kHz, and 192kHz.

•The play control in USB mode may vary depending on different audio player

•The volume levels of S880DB MKII and your device are not synchronized. To
adjust the volume levels, adjust separately.

11. Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to your Bluetooth device
• Make sure that the distance between this product and your Bluetooth device
is less than 10 meters and there are no obstacles between them.
• Make sure that no device is connected to this product via Bluetooth.
• Make sure that this product is in Bluetooth pairing mode. If not, manually
switch it to this mode.
• Restart this product, enable Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device,
and then try again.
• Reset this product to factory settings and try again.
No power
• Make sure that the power cable is properly connected.
• Make sure that the power supply is not disconnected.
• Make sure that the main power button on the rear panel is switched to "ON".
No sound
• Make sure that this product is powered on.
• Make sure that this product and your device is properly connected.
• Make sure that the playback is not paused.
• Make sure that this product and your device are not muted.
• Increase the volume of this product and your device.
Noise coming from speakers
• EDIFIER speakers generate little noise, while the background noise of some
audio devices are too high. Please unplug audio cables and turn the volume
up. If no sound can be heard at 1 meter away from the speaker, there is no
problem with this product.
