SUPREME X Series Manual
Before Installation
- Please read through the instructions completely for correct and easy installation, following these instructions carefully will help to avoid scratches or other potential damage to your vehicle.
- The figures here may vary slightly with the actual product measurements, however this will not directly affect or cause any issues with the assembly method.
NOTE: Any factory clips or screws you remove need to be kept as it may be used in later steps.
REMOVING THE FRONT FACTORY BUMPER
- Remove the Plastic Front Cover in the engine bay removing any clips and screws. Keep all removed parts. Then unplug the 3 harness sockets on the driver's side.

- Unplug the head light washer tube which is on the passenger's side of the engine bay at the front.

- Remove bolts and clips from the flares and carefully unclip the front half of the factory flares on both sides as shown. Then remove clips and bolts above, below and to the side of the bumper and remove the factory front bumper completely.

- Remove the triangle plastic piece that's next to the head light and flares as shown for both sides.

- Remove the plastic side grille pieces and plastic covers around the intercoolers on both sides.

- Remove the lower plastic lip as shown.

- Remove the Lower Plastic Grille Piece and remove the piece behind that.

- Remove the lower cover pieces from both sides under the vehicle. Then remove the metal bumper piece.

- Remove the Factory Recovery Point.

Keep the 4 Factory Bolts from the Recovery.

FITTING THE RECOVERY POINTS AND WINCH CRADLE
- Setup the bolts like shown below.

- Put the Recovery Bracket Pieces on each side of the Chassis Bracket. The Larger Piece is on the inner side of the Chassis Bracket. Secure these pieces together using Bolts (F). Do this for both sides.

- Sit the Winch Cradle in place on top of the Recoveries and secure with Bolt (C) on both sides (But don't tighten yet).

- Fit the Red Recovery Points on using the bolts (A), (B), (C) and (D) as shown below. Do not tighten yet.

- Measure the cross length of the cradle to the vehicle as shown from both sides. The length needs to be the same for the cradle to be centered, adjust if needed before tightening all bolts.

- Put this triangle bracket piece on the side and bolt it in place from Step (4)
NOTE: for the bolt position highlighted below, do NOT use the bolt that is provided because the spring washer makes it too thick to properly secure the triangle piece on, instead use a bolt like the one shown with just a washer. Add a strong double-sided tape (Like 3M tape) then add super glue before sticking the triangle on top.

- Mark the flare for cutting in line with the vehicles shape like shown. Then carefully cut off the front part of the factory flare.

- Under the Triangle piece is a small protruding plastic piece, cut this off flush.

PREPARING THE LIGHT WIRING
- Secure the RGB Module with cable ties to the front of the vehicle.

- Unplug the Factory Head Light Socket on the Driver's Side. Located the Purple/Light Purple Wire (Signal Light Wire) and extended it about 80cm. Do the same for the Passenger's side but the wire will be Purple/Blue coloured.

- Run the RGB Module Harness into the engine bay next to the battery.

- Take the Light Bar Harness – High Beam Signal Wire (Has a white socket head) as shown and cut it off near the base leaving a little bit of length as shown.

- Splice that High Beam Signal Wire exposing a Black and White wire, connect the Black exposed wire to the Adjacent Black wire on the Harness, and connect White exposed wire to the adjacent Red wire on the harness as shown.

- Place the Light Bar Harness into the engine bay next to the battery and run the Light Bar Harness Socket down through the front under the head light like shown.

PREPARING THE FRONT BAR
- Setup the 4x Cube lights like shown below securing them onto the Supreme Front Bar. There are 2 different Cube Lights, ones with 4 coloured wires and 2 coloured. The 4 coloured ones go on the outer side of the Front Bar, while the 2 coloured ones go on the inner side.

NOTE: When tightening the cube lights into position, make sure the light is NOT touching the frame of the bar, and that it is facing forwards as straight as possible and aiming at a slightly down angle.
- Use the square cardboard pieces from the cube light boxes as a support buffer for adjusting the light bar like shown below. Attach the brackets to the sides of the Light Bar.

- Get the Light Bar into position and adjust the angle so that it is aiming slightly upwards. Then tighten the Bracket with the bolts.

- Unplug and remove the Factory Camera from the Factory Front Bumper and relocate it to the Supreme Front Bar
NOTE: Orientation must be the same, or the camera will be upside down. Then setup the Bolts like shown (they are the smallest bolts available) and use them to secure the Camera onto the Supreme Bar.

- Unplug the tubing from Head Light Washer and Take the Head Light Washer off. Then detach the Head Light Washer Casing, which is double sided taped to the Factory Bar, so use a bit of force to remove. Both these parts will be relocated to the Supreme Bar.

- The Head Light Washer Casing will need modifying before it will fit onto the Supreme Bar. Cut off these plastic bits as shown.

- Then trim off the 2 further edges as shown below so that it will fit flush to the Supreme Bar hole. Apply super glue to the double sided tape on the Casing and firming attach to the Supreme Bar fitting flush.

- Remove the Front Cover on the Head Light Washer and discard Cover. Fit the Head Light Washer onto the Supreme Bar attached to the casing, then Cover the front of the Head Light Washer with the Supreme Washer Cover provided.

- Remove the Factory Sensors from the Factory Front Bumper. The Supreme Sensory Chambers will require modifying to fit the factory sensors in, shave away the outer edge to make it thinner and widen the middle holes as shown. Do this till the Factory Sensors fit into these Chambers.

The sensor positions on the Factory Bumper must be the same when relocated onto the Supreme Bar.

- Attach the Chamber with the Hexagon Ring onto the Supreme Bar like shown, Cut the Adhesive Ring into 6 pieces and stack them 3 on each side of the Sensor like shown for padding. Cut the adhesive Circle in half and stack them on top of the Sensor Cap provided. Then Fit the Sensor into the Chamber and the Sensor Cap on top. It should be a firm solid finish. Do this for all 6 Sensors.

- Remove the Factory Light & Sensor Harness from the Factory Front Bumper. Also remove the Factory Head Light Washer Tubing from the Factory Bumper.

- Remove all the hard plastics and wrappings around the Factory Light & Sensor Harness and relocate the Harness to the Supreme Bar and plug in the inner Sensors

- The Outer Sensors will be out of reach, you will need to extend the Sensor harness Wires. Start by splicing and exposing the Red Green and Blue Wires. Cut them and extend the wires long enough to reach the outer sensors and plug the Outer Sensors in.

- Connecting the Cube Lights to the Factory Harness: Connect the Black Wires from both Cube Lights to the White Wire of the Factory Harness, then the Red Wire from both Cube Lights to the Green Wire of the Factory Harness. The Blue Wire from the Outer Cube Light does NOTHING, so just cut it and neatly bind somewhere (Can tape it to the yellow like shown below NOT connected, just taped).
NOTE: unplugging the cube lights to do this step can make it easier like what is done below.

- Reconnect the Camera to the Factory Harness, then electrical tape any exposed wires and cable tie them all neatly to the Supreme Front Bar.

- OPTIONAL: apply pinch weld to the front of the bar around where the headlights are, this will give it a better look. Recommend using the one shown below.

FITTING THE FRONT BAR
- Recommend having 3 people to fit the Front Bar on, 2 people on each side supporting the Bar while the 3 rd person adjust the positioning and secures the bar onto the cradle.

- Use Bolt (E) Setup from Step (10) to secure the Front Bar to the Cradle Bracket (Do NOT Tighten yet, this will hold the bar in place for adjustments). Adjust the Front Bar as even as possible and leave a 15- 20mm gap between the Bar and the Vehicle's Head Lights. Leave a 25-30mm gap between the Bar and the flares on the sides. This will prevent flexing damage to the vehicle. Tighten Bolts when positioned.

- Re-plug the Head Light Washer in and neatly cable tie the Washer's Tube to the frame of the vehicle (making sure NOT to put any kinks into the hose, by gently cable tying and avoid twists and folds).

- Setup Bolts (G) and Bolts (H) like shown.

- Secure the Wing Brackets to the Underside of the Front Bar on each side, securing the Wing Bracket to the Front Bar with Bolt (G) and securing the Wing Bracket to the Cradle with Bolt (H).

- Reconnect the Cube Light Plugs (If you had disconnected them from Step 37) and Connect the White Extended Signal Light Wire from Step (19) to the Yellow Wires of the Outer Cube Lights.

- Neatly bundle and cable tie the Cube Light Harness together onto the Side Wing Brackets. Re-plug the 3 sockets of the Factory Harness that was unplugged back in Step (1) back in.

- Plug the Light Bar to the Supreme Light Bar Harness & Plug the RGB Light Cables from the Cube Lights and Light Bar to the RGB Harness (There will be 1 spare RGB Harness plug not used).

- Neatly cable tie all Harnesses to the vehicles like shown.

- Detach the Factory Grille from the Factory Front Bar and relocate it to the vehicle. Then re-plug the 2 Radar plugs back into the Factory Radar. Then Secure Grille with the 3 factory bolts. Then Cable tie the bottom of both sides of the Grille for extra strength and stability.

- Cut some slits into the side of the mud guards where the bar is and fold the top part behind the side of the Front Bar like shown. Then cut the remaining mud guard in the shape shown.

- Fit the Side Wings with the Bolts provided, and this will cover the Mud Guards, Fit the bracket underneath the Side Wings near the Recovery Points using 2 Bolts provided.

- Fit the Supreme Bash Plate underneath, using the 4 Factory Bolts that were on the Factory Recovery Points back in Step (9) to secure the back and 4 Bolts provided to secure the front.

- Extend the Yellow/Green Wire from the RGB Harness that is near the Battery to the other side of the vehicle to tap into the ignition. So the RGBs are linked to the vehicle being on or off.

- Connect the RGB + Light Harness Red Wires to the Positive Battery Terminal and the Black Wires to the Negative Terminal.

- Cut the Switch off the Switch Wire to run it through the engine bay into the front of the vehicle and position it where you will be putting a switch to operate the Light Bar.

- Refit the Plastic Cover at the front of the Engine Bay using the Factory Clips.

- Fit the Number Plate Bracket onto the Front Bar with the Number Plate secured to it.

- Test all the lights: High Beam, Fog Lights, Indicators, Light Bar, Head Light Washer
- Test all the sensors and camera.
- If any of the Lights, Sensors or Camera are not working, go back through the fitting instructions and make sure you have followed them correctly and that your fitment matches.
INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETE
- Stand back and admire your work of art.
