  • Page 13 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 12. These are the Spacers needed and the LEFT and RIGHT ones are different, so make sure to use the correct one for the 2 different sides of the vehicle as shown below.
  • Page 14 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 15. Secure but not tighten the 2 Bracket piece onto the first as shown using Bolts (A) and (B). Then secure the 3 Bracket on like shown using Bolts (H) and (B).

  • Page 18 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 26. Relocated the Factory Light Harness onto the Supreme Front Bar and plug in the 2 inner sensors. The 2 outer sensors will require extending to reach before you can plug them in.

Connect the resistor to the Outer Cube Light (which has the 4 coloured wires) & Factory Signal Light Wires (Blue Black + Green Yellow) that was cut in step (25). Do this by connecting one of the Red Wires from the Resistor to the Yellow Wire on the Cube Light + the Green Yellow Wire from the Factory Signal Light.
  • Page 20 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 31. Neatly cable tie the Factory Harness onto the Front Bar and make sure to wrap all exposed wires that were spliced and connected with electrical tape. And cable tie down any longer wires where you can.

If the vehicle doesn’t have a Light Bar Harness (like vehicles which come with a Front Light Bar), then use the Supreme Light Bar Harness and remove the Socket Head to expose the Black and White Wires. Use the White Wire to connect to the Dark Green Wire of the Factory Head Light Socket.
  • Page 22 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) FITTING THE FRONT BAR 35. Fit the prepped Front Bar onto the vehicle (We recommend having 2 other people assist you buy holding the Front Bar on both sides) and align it best you can.
  • Page 23 37. Re-Fit the Factory Bash Plate back onto the vehicle that we removed back in Step (7). Then fit the Supreme Bash Plate on the Front securing with bolts. If the Bash Plate bolt holes don’t align perfectly you can drill bigger holes to make it fit.
  • Page 24 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 39. Now to relocate and fit the Washer Bottle. Locate the Washer Bottle Tubes that are hanging down from the Left Side of the vehicle and relocate them up into the Engine Bay as shown.

Take the Washer Bottle Water Tube and cut it shorter so the length is enough to reach where the Washer Bottle will be relocated to, then plug in that Water Tube back into the Washer Bottle Pump. Then fit the Washer Bottle into its new position next to the battery on the bolt identified in the previous Step.
  • Page 26 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 44. Bundle all cables neatly and secure together with Cable Tie in this Position as shown. Then Fit the Side Wing Plates securing them with bolts as shown to cover up the Cables that were bundled up.
  • Page 27 Supreme X-Series Front Bar – Mitsubishi Triton MR (2019-2023) 46. To refit the Factory Grille back on, you will need to assemble this Bracket shown below. Assemble This Bracket 47. Then locate this bolt at the front of the vehicle and unscrew it, to fit the Bracket that was assembled in the previous step.

Once everything is fitted and all wired up, you will need connect the RGB and HIGHBEAM harnesses (If the vehicle didn’t have a HIGHBEAM Harness and you had to use the Supreme Harness) to the vehicle’s battery. Firstly, connect the Negative (black) wires with the metal ring to the Ground located on the passenger side of the engine bay near the battery as shown in the image below and secure with nut.
