IMPORTANT in hard water areas it is highly recommended to use demineralised or filtered water to avoid calcium build up which will prolong the life and prevent damage to the machine.

Use the bottom of the Serving Spoon (11) to evenly press the coffee powder tightly, remove any excess coffee powder from the top of the Mesh Filter (12).
