Basic control codes Each time you want to configure the reader, you need to scan the Go to Setup Mode code, then read the barcode for the setting, and finally read the Exit Setup Mode code.

    Restore to factory settings Default custom settings Scanning the Restore All Custom Settings barcode allows you to reset all parameters to custom defaults. Scanning the Save as Custom Defaults barcode allows you to set the current settings as custom defaults. Default custom settings are stored in the scanner's memory.

The decode session continues until the barcode is decoded or the trigger is released. • Auto mode: The scanner activates when a barcode is detected and scans it without the need to press the scan button.

The higher the sensitivity, the less lighting is needed to start the scanner. You can choose the right degree of sensitivity that suits your environment.
