Preparation: The tool must be connected to an air filter. This unit filters the compressed air to separate dirt and condensate. A pressure regulator with a preferred setting of 6bar must be installed. Use dry and clean materials (hose, couplings, fittings, etc.) to connect the tool to the filter.
Operating Process: 1. Connect the air supply then switch ON/OFF valve (48) to “ON” position. ( ( ( ( see Fig 1) ) ) ) Fig 1 2. . . . Adjust the vacuum security system anti-clockwise the vacuum system is on then adjust to optimal volume of air, with the result that the rivet can be sucked well by tool at any orientation.

Priming: When the stroke may be reduced and rivets are not fully placed by one operation of the trigger after 100,000 cycles, the tool need to oil. Please use the attached a bottle of lubrication oil in the box. 1.Disconnect air supply to tool and switch ON/OFF valve(48) to “OFF” position. 2.Remove seal screw (70) and seal (69).(see Fig 3) Fig 3 3.
Head Cleaning and Oiling: Every 10.000 cycles the tool should be oiling one drop of lubricating oil on the Jaws. (see Fig 5) Disconnect air supply and air valve switch. Dismantle the riveter head by wrench. Fig5 One drop oil on the Jaws Use wrench to disassemble head components and cleaning these parts ,...
