![Alessi - Plissé - Use - Step 1 Use - Step 1]()
- Place the food in the tall container. Be careful not to exceed the maximum level indicated.
Check that there are no utensils in the container. - Screw the blade unit onto the container, turning clockwise, turn the container upside down and insert it into the housing on the motor body.
- Position the container by matching the 4 grooves on the base of the blade attachment to the 4 protrusions on the inside of the motor body. Push down to make sure the parts fit together perfectly (fig. 4).
SAFETY!
THE SAFETY LOCK ON THE BLENDER DOES NOT ALLOW IT TO OPERATE, EVEN IF IT IS CONNECTED TO THE MAINS, IF THE MOTOR BODY AND THE GRADUATED CONTAINER SCREWED ONTO THE BLADE UNIT ARE NOT PERFECTLY ASSEMBLED. IF THE CONTAINER IS LIFTED FROM THE MOTOR BODY DURING OPERATION OR IF THIS HAPPENS ACCIDENTALLY, THE BLENDER STOPS AUTOMATICALLY AS THE SAFETY LOCK CAUSES THE MOTOR TO SWITCH OFF. IN THE EVENT OF A MALFUNCTION, THE POWER INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS OFF.
- Insert the plug into the power socket.
- The power indicator light located above the START/STOP button is red and indicates that all parts are correctly assembled.
- Press and hold the START/STOP button
![Alessi - Plissé - Use - Step 2 - Press and hold the START button Use - Step 2 - Press and hold the START button]()
- The blender starts chopping and the power indicator light is white. The longer you hold the button down, the more the food is chopped.
After a few seconds of operation, release the button and stop the blender to check the consistency of the food to avoid over-processing it. Each time you release the START/ STOP button the power indicator light turns red.
The non-slip feet under the motor body make it easier to hold the blender on the work surface but we still recommend holding the blender firmly in your hands. (fig. 5). - When you have finished using the blender, disconnect the plug from the socket.
- Wait until the blades have stopped and lift the container off the motor body and turn it upside down on the work surface. (fig. 6) Wait a for few seconds to allow the food to settle at the bottom of the container.
![Alessi - Plissé - Use - Step 3 Use - Step 3]()
- After unscrewing the blade unit, you can pour your smoothie into a large glass.
![Alessi - Plissé - Use - Step 4 Use - Step 4]()
- Place the blade unit on a plate and then wash it.
The tall container can be transformed into a practical bottle by using the spout lid (E) Simply screw this onto the tall container.
![Alessi - Plissé - Use - Step 5 Use - Step 5]()
The lid has a silicone seal that makes the container airtight, suitable for safely transporting the food you have just prepared.
The food you have blended retains its freshness for several hours and you can eat it during your lunch break or for a snack.
The special shape of the spout lid allows you to drink directly from the container without having to unscrew it.
To open the spout lid, slide the button down with your finger, then press on the top of the button and the lid lifts off easily.
When you want to close the lid, to prevent accidental opening and to ensure an airtight seal, lower the lid and slide the button down with one finger.
![Alessi - Plissé - Use - Step 6 Use - Step 6]()
