Diagnostic operation

  1. Function Keys / Shortcut keys
    Three keys that correspond with "buttons" on some screens for executing commands or provide quick access to most frequently used applications.
  2. Help Key
    Provide tips for diagnosis or for the tool itself.
  3. Back Key
    Return to previous interface or exit.
  4. 0k Key
    To confirm the current operation.
  5. Selection Key
    To select an option or scroll through a screen of data or text.

Before start diagnosis

Please make sure

  1. The ignition switch is turned to ON position
  2. Engine is off
  3. 10 to 14 volt vehicle power

    Never try to provide power for the device from USB connection when the device is communicating with a vehicle.

    Don't connect or disconnect the equipments while the ignition is on or the engine is running.

Powering up the scanner

Before using the device, make sure to provide power to the device. The unit operates on any of the following sources.

12 volt vehicle power

  1. Turn the ignition off.
  2. Locate the data link connector (DLC) under the dash on the driver side of the vehicle.
  3. Switch the ignition key to the ON position.
  4. The code reader automatically boots up.

Update

Before updating, please make sure your network works correctly and download the UDIAG updater from our website: www.udiagtech.com

  1. Remove TF card from scan tool, insert it to computer reader.
  2. Click the desktop icon to launch updater and click register.
  3. Fill out necessary information and click register.
  4. Double-click the updater icon on the desktop to login UDIAG ID and password.
  5. Select the available software to update by clicking.

The Print Data function is used to print test results through computer.

  1. Remove TF card from scan tool, insert it to computer via card reader.
  2. Launch the updater.
  3. Choose the file you want to print and click the print button.
  4. Click at print icon directly at the right corner.

Limited One Year Warranty The warranty is 1 year for hardware, which does not cover damage caused by human factors, accidents, or misuse of the product. Under the warranty, customers can ask for replacement due to non-human damage.
