What's In Package

Power On / Off

Methods

1. Open charging case lid, earbuds will be powered on and get connected automatically; Put earbuds back into charging case and close case lid, earbuds will be powered off and get charged automatically.
2. Press both earbuds MFB (touch button which is pointed out in the picture) for about 3 seconds to power on
   Press both earbuds MFB for about 5 seconds under on-state for power-off.
   

Guide for USB-C / USB-A Connection

Please make sure Bluetooth is disconnected before using 2.4G dongle connection mode, or the earbuds will automatically pair with the Bluetooth device you last connected.
To disconnect Bluetooth device, you can press the reset button for 3 seconds, the indicator light on charging case will flash twice, and then the earbuds will disconnect with the previous pairing.
Or, you can directly turn off the Bluetooth of your last pairing device.

For USB-C Port

1. Insert the USB-C Dongle directly
2. The indicator light of dongle will flash first, and then it will be always on after successful pairing

For USB-A Port

1. Connect the USB-A adapter and the USB-C dongle first
2. Insert them into the USB-A port
3. The indicator light of dongle will flash first, and then it will be always on after successful pairing

Earbuds Audio Mode

1. When using Bluetooth connection mode, the earbuds' audio is music mode by default.
2. When using 2.4G Dongle connection mode, the earbuds' audio is gaming mode by default.

Microphone FQA:
Q Adjust microphone Level (PS4)
A Go to PS4 Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Adjust Microphone Level. If the microphone is working, the Input Volume bar will respond.
Q Adjust microphone Level (PS5)
A Go to PS5 Settings > Sound > Microphone. From this menu you can change your Input Device and Adjust Microphone Level.

Bluetooth Connection Guide

1. Open charging case lid.
2. Earbuds will get paired with each other automatically.
   
3. For the first time use, search for "S-W4" in the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, and click "S-W4" to pair mobile phone with the earpbuds. Earbuds will get connected with the device automatically for the second use after opening charging case lid.
   

Earbuds Basic Operation

Music Control

When playing music
Single click on either MFB for Play / Pause Press left MFB for 2 seconds for previous track
Press right MFB for 2 seconds for next track
Double click on the left to decrease the volume
Double click on the right to increase the volume

Calling Control

When receiving a call,
Single click on either MFB for answering
Double click on either MFB for rejecting
When ending a call,
Single click on either MFB for ending

Modes-switch Control

Click 4 times on either side MFB to switch mode

Mute/Unmute Function

When using dongle mode, you can click either side three times to mute or unmute your mic. (dongle mode only, not for Bluetooth mode)

Earbuds Reset
Methods:

1. Place earbuds in charging case, long press reset button for 3 seconds, charging case indicator light flashes twice, all pairing info is deleted automatically.
   
2. Under power-off state, long press both MFB for 7 seconds to enter pairing mode (icy-blue indicator light flashes slowly), click 6 times on both MFB (icy-blue indicator light flashes 3 times) to clear all pairing info, put earbuds back into charging case for new pairing operation.
   

Charging

When charging case is under low-battery state, there will be low battery warning tone every 2 minutes
