How to use
Power on the printer
Press the power button for 2 seconds.
Power off the printer
Press the power button for 2 seconds.
Load the paper
Slide the side cover button to open the cover and install the roll paper (print side down).
Search for and install the "Qlabel" app on the App Store
or Google Play.
Enable both Bluetooth and Location. Use the app to pair with the printer and then try printing.
Note:
Shutdown mode
When the printer is idle for 10 minutes (adjustable through the settings), the printer will power off automatically.
Viewing or Changing the Printer's Settings
While powered on, press the power/function button to enter Setup Mode.
While in Setup Mode, the power/function button will switch to the next setting and the FEED button will change the selected setting.
Setting order
Language: English/ Simple Chinese
Shutdown Mode: 10 mins/ 20 mins / 30 mins/ never
Paper type: label paper/ ordinary paper/ black label paper
Printing color: Lightest 1—3/ Light 4—5/ Normal 6—9/ Dark 10-14 / Darkest 15
Print a test page
Automatic calibration: this function is only available for black label paper and label paper
ID address of this printer: press the power button to display the printer's ID address
Printer's self — inspection: press the FEED button to display the relevant machine information and print a test page
Factory settings
Press FEED button to restore factory settings
Display status
Bluetooth indicator. Illuminated when connected via Bluetooth.
USB indicator. Illuminated when connected via USB.
Illuminates when in Setup Mode.
Illuminates when out of paper or when paper is not loaded properly.
Illuminates when plugged in to a power source.
Battery indicator. Blinks while charging.

Maintenance
- Wipe the printer surface and paper bin with dry soft cloth.
- Clean the print head when print quality is not as good as before. Use soft cloth with alcohol.
Note: Before cleaning or maintenance, power off the printer first.
Troubleshooting

| The printer beeps twice intermittently | Low battery | Charge for more than 4 hours |
| Prints blank labels | Paper loaded in reverse | Load the paper with print side down |
| Poor print quality | Print head dirty | Clean the print head using soft cloth with alcohol |

| Printed text fades off the papers within days | Paper of low quality | Use official paper for best results |
| Printer shuts off automatically while printing or does not print | Low battery | Charge for more than 4 hours |
Note: Paper of low quality may cause damage to print head.

Warning
- The printer must be charged for at least 4 hours when using it for the first time or if left idle for over a month.
- Do not scratch the print head.
- Do not touch the print head immediately after printing as it can be very hot.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, water, dust, and other debris.
- DO not store in high temperature or humidity environments.
- Keep away from children.
- Stop using immediately if battery is discolored or deformed.
- Do not drop or smash the printer to avoid damage.
- Do not attempt any disassembly or repairs on your own. Contact sales for assistance.
