II. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE a. Do not plug any other appliances into the outlet. b. Install the sauna on a completely level floor. c. Do not spray the exterior with water. If the floor is damp, install a floor separator to keep the sauna high and dry.
III. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1. BOTTOM FLOOR ASSEMBLY Place the bottom board (Sauna room diagram,) in the desired location of your sauna, and identify the front and back sections. STEP 2. BACK BOARD ASSEMBLY A. Align the backboard (section 8) with bottom board’s corresponding battens. Ensure they are in line. B.

STEP 3. LATCH ASSEMBLY The latch features a guide tab that needs to be aligned with the guide slot. Hold the back panel upright against the floor panel, carefully placing the tab into the slot without latching it yet. Once the back wall, front wall, and side wall are properly positioned on the floor panel, you can close and secure the latches with pins.

STEP 5. LEFT BOARD ASSEMBLY Align the left board (section 1) with the corresponding battens on the bottom board, ensuring it fits flush against the backboard. Once aligned, secure them together by latching. STEP 6. FRONT BOARD ASSEMBLY Align the front board (section 3) with the corresponding battens on the bottom board. Then, latch it securely to the left and right boards.

STEP 7. TOP BOARD ASSEMBLY Position all wires outside to ensure enough space for setting up the top board (section 9). Open the door, raise the top board high enough to check if it aligns with the surrounding boards, then carefully lower it into place.

Next, feed the power plugs for the speakers, temperature sensor, and control panel through the hole in the top board. Guide the wires down into the sauna cabin. Connect all wiring from the top board to the corresponding connectors for the control panel, temperature sensor, and radio antenna.

Once all steps are completed correctly, plug in the power and test the sauna to ensure it operates properly. After confirming its functionality, place the external top board (section 10) over the internal top board, and thread the power plug through the corresponding hole in the external top board.

IV. CONTROL PANEL OPERATION Controller Brief Description 1. ON/OFF Button: ON: When you plug the unit into the electrical outlet, the power indicator will flash. Press the ON/ OFF button to turn the sauna on immediately. The LCD will display the last used settings for both temperature and time.

4. Fahrenheit/Celsius Settings: When adjusting the temperature, press both the [up] and [down] buttons simultaneously to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius. 5. Reading Light Control: In normal operation, press the light button once to turn the reading light on. Press it again to turn the light off.

VI. MAINTENANCE CLEANING: - Clean the faceplate using a damp towel. If necessary, use a small amount of hand soap mixed with warm water. - Clean the sauna room with a damp cotton towel and dry it with a clean, dry towel. - Do not use benzene, alcohol, or strong cleaning chemicals on the sauna, as they may damage the wood and its protective layer.
