Charging

Align the charging contacts on the back of the watch with the metal contacts of the charging cable until the charging icon is displayed on the watch screen. It takes about 120 minutes to charge the watch fully.

Precautions:

1. Connect the charging cable to a standard USB charger. The output voltage should be 5V and the output current should be 0.5A and above. If the device is not used for a long time, be sure to recharge it every three months.
2. If the watch cannot be turned on after being left for a long time, it will need to be precharged for about 1 minute before the charging icon will be displayed.
3. Please wipe the charging contacts of the watch clean when charging to avoid short circuit caused by sweat or moisture residue.
4. After the product is charged, please disconnect the charging cable from the power source to prevent short circuit when it comes into contact with conductive objects.

Wearing and Replacing Wrist Strap

1. For daily wear, wear the watch until it is about one finger away from the wrist bone, and adjust the tightness of the wristband to a comfortable position.
2. It is recommended to tighten the watch strap during exercise and loosen it appropriately after exercise.

Tip: Wearing it too loosely may affect the data collected by the heart rate sensor.

If you need to replace the watch strap, please refer to the illustration.

Note: After installing the strap, please pull the strap appropriately to ensure successful installation.

APP Download and Binding

TRUEFREE SPORTS App (hereinafter referred to as App) is a must-have application for using the watch. You can manage the watch through the App and experience more functions that the watch can bring to you.

1. Press and hold the power button on the right side of the watch to turn it on.
2. Use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the watch screen or QR code below to download the App.

3. You can also search TRUEFREE SPORTS on Google Play for Android to download and install the App. Apple phone users can search for TRUEFREE SPORTS on the App Store to download and install the App.

4. Open the App, click on the device page, follow the interface prompts to complete the pairing and binding or click on the upper right corner to scan the QR code on the watch screen to bind. When pairing, please confirm that the Bluetooth names displayed on the phone and watch are consistent.
5. After successful pairing, you can start using the watch.

Precautions

1. This product is IP68 waterproof rated, but it cannot be immersed in hot water, tea and other corrosive liquids, nor can it be worn for diving more than 3 meters. The above behaviors may cause water to enter the product, which is destructive use and does not enjoy the product warranty and maintenance service.
2. In daily use, avoid wearing the watch too tightly. Please keep the contact parts of the watch dry and clean the wristband with clean water regularly. If redness or swelling occurs at the contact area, please stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
3. The physical buttons and touch screen of the watch do not support underwater operation. When the watch is exposed to water, please wipe the surface water stains with a soft cloth before operating it.
4. The heart rate, blood oxygen and other health data involved in this product are for reference only and are not used as a basis for medical diagnosis.
