Charge

Align the charging contacts on the back of the watch with the metal contacts of the charger until the charging level indicator is displayed on the watch screen. 0-100% charging time is about 120 minutes.

Precautions:

1. The charging cable is connected to a standard USB charger purchased from regular channels. The output voltage is 5V and the output current is 0.5A or above. If the device is not used for a long time, please make sure to recharge it every three months.
2. If the watch cannot be turned on after being placed for a long time, it needs to be pre-charged for about 1 minute before the charging icon is displayed when it is used again.
3. When charging, please wipe the charging contacts of the watch clean to avoid short circuit caused by sweat or moisture residue.
4. After the product is fully charged, please disconnect the charging cable from the power source to prevent a short circuit when it comes into contact with a conductive object.

Wearing and Removing the Watch

1. For daily wearing, wear the watch about one finger away from the wrist bone, and adjust the tightness of the wristband to a comfortable position.
2. It is recommended to tighten the watch strap during exercise, and loosen it after exercise.

Tips: Wearing it too loose may affect the data collected by the heart rate.

If you need to disassemble the strap, please refer to the illustration.

Note: After installing the strap, please pull the strap properly to ensure successful installation.

APP download

SOUNDPEATS SPORTS App (Hereinafter referred to as App) is a must-have application for using the watch. You can manage the watch through the App and experience more functions brought to you by the watch.

1. Long press the power button on the right side of the watch to turn it on.
2. Scan the QR code on the watch screen with your mobile phone (APP download and Bluetooth device binding integrated QR code) to download the App.
3. You can also scan the QR code at the bottom right or search for SOUNDPEATS SPORTS on Google Play for Android to download and install the App. Apple mobile phone users can search for SOUNDPEATS SPORTS on the App Store to download and install the App.
   
4. Open the App, click on the device page, and follow the interface prompts to complete the pairing connection or click Scan in the upper right corner to scan the QR code on the watch screen. When pairing, please make sure that the Bluetooth names displayed on the phone and watch are the same.
5. After the pairing is successful, you can start using the watch.

Operating Instructions

1. Swipe down from the top of the watch face homepage: View the shortcut menu.
2. Swipe from bottom to top on the home page of the watch face: View instant messages.
3. Swipe from left to right on the dial home page: View the main function menu.
4. Swipe from right to left on the homepage of the watch face: View the function interface.
5. Quick access to dial replacement: press and hold the dial interface for 3 seconds to enter the dial selection interface. Swipe left and right to switch the dial, and click the selected dial to successfully set it.
   
6. Power on/off: Long press the side button on the dial interface for about seconds.
   
7. When operating normally, press the power button to return to the previous level; when in the dial interface, press the power button to turn on/off the screen.
   

Basic Parameters

Precautions for Use

1. This product supports IP68 level waterproof, but it is not suitable for corrosive liquids such as hot water and tea, and diving over 3 meters. The above behaviors may cause the product to enter water, which is destructive use, and does not enjoy product warranty and free maintenance services.
2. In daily use, avoid wearing the watch too tightly. Please keep the contact parts of the watch dry and clean the wristband with clean water regularly. If redness and swelling appear on the contact area, please stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
3. The physical buttons and touch screen of the watch do not support underwater operation. When the watch is wet, please wipe the water stains on the surface with a soft cloth before operating.
4. The heart rate, electrocardiogram, body temperature, blood pressure, blood oxygen and other health signs data involved in this product are for reference only and not as a basis for medical diagnosis.
