Troubleshooting

After carefully assessing the symptoms and causes, review the corresponding measures to solve any problems.
Symptoms
The Power LED lamp does not turn on.
The remote control and/or buttons do not work.
After inserting a memory card, the files cannot be
read and/or images cannot be seen.
Check the alignment of the memory card insertion.
The message, "Memory is insufficient," appears.
The selected file does not work or stops in the
midst of working and/or cannot be seen.
The image or movie stops and does not
respond to any command.
The left, right, top, or bottom of an image is
blackened out.
The time on the clock is inaccurate or not visible.
The remote control does not work.
The screen is too dark.
During MP3 playback, all operation stops.

Measures
The power button was not pressed, or the adapter connection may not be secure.
Try turning the power off and on as there may be a software glitch.
Check if the memory card is empty or the image files are corrupted.
Check to see if the data are of formats that are supported.
(refer to the product specifications)
The internal memory is full. Use another memory device or delete unnecessary
files. (refer to the internal memory in the System Information of the Settings menu)
As an incompatible file, it must be converted to a format that is
supported.
Check to see if the file is of a format supported by the product. (check
the supported media types) Or, try turning the power off and on.
Though most photos are of 4:3 alignment, for any pictures of special
proportions, margins can be inserted to maintain the horizontal / vertical
proportion. This applies in normal cases.
Reset the date and time. The clock battery is running low and requires replacement.
The remote control battery is running low and requires replacement.
Use the manual brightness control knob to brighten the screen.
The MP3 file contains an error. Or, try turning the power off and on.
