Updating to the Newest Firmware Version

Firmware indicates the operating system used by this product.
Update the firmware periodically to ensure optimal product performance.

Download the upgrade file (xxx.bin) to your memory card (type is regardless).
After inserting the memory card into the product, press the [
After selecting the inserted memory card, answer [Yes] when the window appears asking if you wish to upgrade.

The LED lamps on the wings of the product blink during upgrade to indicate that the process is in progress.
The upgrade process is marked by a low beep sound that gradually grows higher as progress is made.
During the process, the LCD screen remains black.
NOTE :
CAUTION
As the upgrade process takes approximately 20 seconds, any turning off of power during progress may
corrupt memory and render it irretrievable. Therefore, do not turn off the power during any upgrade.

When the upgrade is complete, the system is automatically re-booted and returned to the Home menu.

When the upgrade process is completed and the system re-booted, the firmware is deleted if the same
version is held on the external memory card as is used internally. This is to prevent repetitious upgrades
of the same version. If the upgrade must be repeated, set the write protect tab on the memory card.
