Using the appliance

Make sure you smooth out the garment on a flat surface. Do not press the appliance onto the garment too hard. Do not use the appliance on embroideries, zips, buttons and loose threads.

1. Remove the battery cover and insert 2 AA alkaline batteries following the positive (+) and negative (-) terminal.
   
2. For garments with short lints, remove the protective cover at the bottom of the appliance. For garments with long lints, attach the protective cover at the bottom of the appliance.
   
3. At the side of the appliance, slide the slider upwards to turn on the appliance.
   
4. Place the appliance on the garment and gently move it across the area with lint.
   
5. Once done, slide the slider downwards to switch off the appliance. Remove the alkaline batteries.
   
6. Remove the front cover by sliding it down, pour the lint into a bin.
   
7. Turn anti-clockwise to unscrew and remove the lid.
   
8. Ensure you do not hold onto/ touch the blades. Gently pull up and remove the blades.
   
9. Using the brush provided, brush and clean the blades and the inner lid to remove any lint remains.
   
10. Ensure you do not hold onto/ touch the blades. Attach the blades onto the appliance.
    
11. Attach and screw the lid clockwise onto the appliance.
