About Your Watch

Note: Devices, software and apps are constantly evolving. The images, icons and features mentioned in this document are for reference only.

Setting Up Your Watch

1. Prepare Cell Phone to Pair.
   Download the MyGabb App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
   You will need the MyGabb App to pair the watch and set up GPS location tracking and SOS functionality.
   Create an account or login to get to the pairing screen.
   After getting through the login screen, tap the devices tab at the top and then tap "Add Device"
2. Charge Your Watch.
   Before turning on you watch, make sure that it is fully charged.
   1. Align the gold pin on the charging dock with the gold charging contacts on the back of the watch.
   2. Plug the other end of the cord into the charging adapter and plug the adapter into an electrical outlet.
      
      
      Only use approved chargers with your device. Use of incompatible chargers or tampering with the charger port could damage your device and void the warranty.
3. Turn on the Watch to Display QR Code.
   To turn on your watch, hold down the power button.
4. Pair Watch to MyGabb App.
   When the watch is turned on for the first time, there will be a QR code that populates the screen.
   Use the MyGabb App "Scan QR Code" screen to pair the Gabb Watch 2 to your phone.
5. Enter 8-digit Code into MyGabb App.
   After scanning the QR code, the QR code screen will populate with an 8-digit code.
   Enter the 8-digit code to finish pairing the watch to the MyGabb App.
6. Turn Your Watch On/Off.
   To turn your watch on, press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
   To turn it off, press and hold the power button again until you see "Do you want to turn off?" on the screen. Then tap to turn off your watch.
   

Using Your Watch

Basic Navigation

Your watch has a tap screen. Just swipe left or right to switch pages:

• Watch face
• Contacts
• Call history
• Message
• Gadgets
• Settings

Note: Swipe down from the watch face to access the Quick menu:

• Adjust the volume
• Adjust the screen brightness
• Play with the digital pet
• Turn on the flashlight

Adjusting the Volume

Swipe to the right from the watch face to the Settings screen.

Tap to go to the Volume screen. Then drag the icon to adjust the volume.

Making a call

1. From the watch face, swipe left to the Call screen. Then tap the contact you want to call. To start the call, tap the phone icon.
   
2. To end the call, tap .

Note: Your watch can only make and receive calls from phone numbers on the Contact list. You can manage the contacts in the MyGabb App on your phone.

Receiving a Call

When someone calls the watch, it will ring and the screen will show the caller name.

• Tap to answer the call.
• Tap to reject or end the call.
  
• To adjust the volume during the call, tap

Note: Making and receiving calls and messages requires a network connection.

Sending a Message

1. From the watch face, swipe left three times to the Message screen. Then tap the contact you want to message.
   
2. Choose what you want to send:
   • To send a pre-written message, tap .
   • To send an emoji, tap .
   • To send a voice message, tap .
     

Receiving a Message

When the watch receives a new message, it will appear on the screen.
Tap to reply or to call back, or to close the message.

Note: The watch can only exchange messages with contacts whose permission is allowed. You can manage contact permissions with the MyGabb App.

Gabb Go

From the watch face, swipe right twice or left four times to get to the Gadgets screen where you will see the Gabb Go logo.

Tap the icon and choose a selection of a dog or cat and select the pet's name.

Tap the Star icon on the Top Left
To pet the animal, tap
To feed the animal, tap
To wash the animal, tap

Petting, feeding, and washing the pet, finishing tasks and hitting your step count goal, all result in receiving coins.

Tap the Coin icon on the Top Right to Access the Pet Store and Activities Screen.

The pet store allows you to see your coin amount and purchase new pets and actions/mystery moves.

The activities screen shows the number of steps you've taken in the day and the tasks assigned to you.

From the app, tap the hamburger menu on the top right and select "Support" to learn more.
