Step9: Assemble the steering wheel Use 2 sets of screw M8*16 & spring washer M8 & washer M8 as shown to fix. Step10: Assemble the mixer blades and lower durm Install 2 sets of screw M8*16 & washer M8 inside and 2 nut M8 outside as shown to fix the bottom of the mixer blades.

Step12: Assemble the upper and lower drum according to the arrows, tighten the screws with nuts. Step13: Step14: Install 2 sets of screw M8*16 & Tighten the screws and nuts with tools as shown. washer M8 outside and 2 nuts inside to fix the top of the mixer blades.

Step16: Step17: Assemble the motor. Install 2 sets of screw M8*25 & spring washer M8 & washer M8 in the 2 circled holes to fix the motor. Step18: Rotate the drum as shown, install screw M8*55 & spring washer M8 & washer M8 to fix the motor.
Step19: Make sure that the product is well installed. 9. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 9.1 DRUM TILTING The spring-loaded tipping wheel with locking lugs provides an easy positive control of the drum which can be locked in the mix, discharge and stored position.

9.3 LOADING Completely unwind the extension cord. Connect it to the concrete mixer first before plugging in power supply. Always start the mixer before loading the drum. Loading the drum with drum rotating. Do not throw material into the mixer to avoid sticking firmly to the back of the drum.
10. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Ensure the extension cord is always unplugged before the motor cover is removed. The drive belt is under constant even tension by a spring loaded jockey. No adjustment apart from a touch of grease on the spindle. The bearings are sealed for life.

13. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.
14. PRODUCT FAILURE WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN? If you bought your product in a store: a) Empty the fuel tank if your product has one. b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case, the repairer will refuse the machine.
