Montage Concrete footings and wall supports Measure the positions of the posts on the ground. Ground mounting can be carried out in a number of ways, depending on the situation. Montage Corner assembly Assemble the other post and beam as shown. Use four M8 x 35 mm hex nuts and M8 washers. Mounting wall brackets First determine the positions on the wall for mounting the wall brackets. Drill holes for the mounting hardware.

Montage Load bar mounting Insert the assembled corner assembly into the wall- mounted bracket. Pull the control cable outwards through the recess in the wall bracket. Secure the beam profile at the top with 3 bolts. The other bolt is used when the cassette is mounted on the system.

Montage Installing the extension socket Connect an extension plug to the motor cable. Plug in the plug and lower it into the pole. Diagonal measuring Measure the system diagonally, if necessary shifting the concrete footing to achieve the correct position. Also accurately adjust the height using the adjustable foot, and secure the adjustable foot to the concrete footing.

Montage Box assembly Remove the 2 bolts at the top of the beams on which the cassette will rest. Place the cassette on the beams and secure it with the bolts you've just unscrewed. Then fasten the stirrups using 4.2 x 19 mm crosshead countersunk screws. Assembly of runners Slide the runners onto the feet of the trunk supports as shown.

Montage Installing the hood extension Hook the cover extension with the brush into the upper cover and screw on the side guide with the 4.2 x 25 mm self-tapping screw CK-KK and press on the covers. Connecting the runners Lower the mantling system and place the runners on the load bar. Fasten the runners to the load bar using 4.2 x 32 mm countersunk flat-head screws.
