WHAT'S IN THE FLIGHT CASE

ATTACH THE YOKE
The DMG LION Yoke features a quick-release system that is engineered to
speed up attaching/detaching the yoke from the fixture. To attach the yoke,
simply align the yoke with the fixture and slide the rounded edges of the yoke
onto the circular yoke connection points on the fixture, then push the Locking
Pins inward until you hear the yoke lock into place. Make sure the yoke is fully
locked and connected to the fixture before maneuvering.
To detach the yoke, pull the two locking pins, then unscrew the handle and lift
the yoke off of the fixture.
IMPORTANT: Do not mount the DMG LION upside down.
REMOVING/INSTALLING THE LED ENGINE
IMPORTANT NOTES:
In order to open the LED Engine Hatch, the fixture needs to be in Full-Spot, which will position LED Engine in the rear of
fixture, next to the hatchway. See the SPOT-TO-FLOOD ZOOM section below for instructions.
While opening the LED Engine Hatch will power-off the fixture, it is recommended to manually power-off the fixture by
pushing the Power Button before removing or installing the LED Engine.
To keep them clean from debris, it is recommended that all DMG LION LED Engines be stored either inside the fixture or
inside its protective case.

Removing the LED Engine:
• Power-on the fixture by pushing the Power Button and position the
fixture's Zoom to Full-Spot.
• Power-off the fixture by pressing the Power Button.
• Open the LED Engine Hatch by turning the two captive thumbscrews at
the top of the hatch counterclockwise.
• Pull the plunger above the handle and twist the handle counterclock
wise a quarter-turn into the Open position.
• Firmly pull on the LED Engine to disengage it from the fixture and
remove it through the hatchway.
Installing the LED Engine:
• Power-off the fixture by pressing the Power Button.
• Open the LED Engine Hatch by turning the two captive thumbscrews at
the top of the hatch counterclockwise.
• Insert the LED Engine into the fixture and align the hydraulic connectors
on the engine with the receivers inside the fixture as you firmly press
the LED Engine into place.
• Pull the plunger above the handle and twist the handle clockwise a
quarter-turn into the Lock position.
• Close the LED Engine Hatch and turn the two captive thumbscrews at
the top of the hatch clockwise.
