Use the Copy File option to copy video files to either the CF or SD
card. This option is used to copy either all files or a predefined
selection.

The Neuros MPEG-4 Recorder can be used to play MPEG-4 format
video. MPEG-4 files can be placed on either SD card or CF card. See
Section 3.8, "Using the Neuros MPEG-4 Recorder as a Card
Reader" on page 46. The MPEG-4 file can then be played as
described in Section 3.3, "Playing Videos" on page 24.
