Like other electric products, electric scooters can and are intended to move, and it is therefore possible to lose control, fall off and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction or expertise can eliminate.

ALWAYS check and obey any local laws or regulations that may affect the locations where the eBike may be used.
ASSEMBLY The Rosso Cobra requires minimal assembly. Please follow the instructions below in order to get your scooter assembled properly. We recommend saving all packaging materials until the scooter is completely assembled to avoid accidentally discarding any misplaced small components. Please ensure the components below are included within your scooter’s boxes.

ASSEMBLY continued… 2 - Handlebars Begin by unfolding the scooter by pressing down on the folding lever with one hand while gently pulling up on the steering column with the other. Fully extend to the upright position until the locking mechanism clicks into place.

Complete the handlebar setup by adjusting the brake levers. Loosen the hex bolts and shift the levers to a comfortable position and retighten the bolts. Be careful not to pull on the wire while securing the handlebars and brake levers 3 - Fuse Release the locking tabs on the under both edges of the footboard and lift it as shown.
Ensure the silver locking clamp is in place at the top of the seat post as shown. Pull out the upper portion of the seat post to the desired height and tighten the lock clamp securely. Attach the seat to the upper seat post and tighten the seat bolts securely.

To start the scooter, first ensure the kickstand is in the upright position, then insert the key into the ignition and turn to the ON position. Turn the key to the OFF position and remove to turn the scooter off. If the scooter is turned on for more than 10-15 minutes without moving, an automatic power saving feature activates and the scooter will shut itself off.

Chargers may become warm or emit sound during regular use, this is a normal response and is no cause for concern. Oppositely if it does not do either that does not indicate it is not working properly. If the charger becomes very hot, please unplug it and contact Rosso Motors technical support. Adjustments The scooter comes fully adjusted from the factory and should be ready to ride once assembled and charged.

Brakes NOTE: Brakes may squeak before they are broken in. This is normal and will not affect the function or performance of the brakes. With continued use the squeak should go away. To adjust the brakes begin with minor changes by turning the tension adjuster on the left(front) or right(rear) handlebar.
To get the longest possible life out of your chain, it must be well properly tensioned and aligned onto the sprockets in order to avoid uneven wear. Signs of an improperly tensioned chain: ● The chain is skipping/jumping on the sprocket, or has fallen off completely, due to being too loose.

WARRANTY ROSSO MOTORS warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear components, (tires, tubes, brake cables, etc) or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, care, storage or use of the Rosso Cobra Scooter.
