This machine is designed for finishing sanding and sealer sanding of workpieces with curved surfaces. Different materials of workpieces must be identified to select suitable brushes, determine the speed of brushing heads, and set the order speed of feeding.
1.0 CANE6 MACHINE OPERATION MANUAL Important Instructions This manual is tailored specifically for the operation of the CANE6 machine. 5.1 HOW TO REPLACE THE SANDING STRIPS Step 1: Open the acrylic cover and use an 8mm hex wrench to loosen the screw (A) on the orange cover. Step 2: Move the orange cover so that the groove for the sanding strip + wooden brush strip appears. Remove the sanding strip + wooden brush strip (B).
5.3 RECOMMENDED USAGE OF SANDING STRIPS Upon contacting the work surface, the brush strip bends the tips of the bristles by 5 to 8 millimeters. Precautions: The orange cover must cover the groove to prevent the brush strip from flying out during operation and avoid danger.
