SAFETY & HANDLING General Safety WARNING - Risk of injection or injury – Fuel Warnings • FUEL OUTDOORS. Fill fuel tank outdoors – never indoors. Fuel vapours can ignite if they collect inside an enclosure. Explosion can result. • USE APPROVED CONTAINER. Never pump fuel directly into fuel tank at service station. Static charge can build and ignite fuel.

SAFETY & HANDLING General Safety • Let engine cool before storing. Let the engine cool for at least 10 minutes before storing. A hot engine can be a fire hazard. • Store in a well ventilated place when not in use. Select a location away from sources of heat, open flames, sparks or pilot lights - such as water heaters, space heaters, furnaces, clothes dryers or other gas appliances.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The pressure washer is supplied without oil in the engine. Oil must be CAUTION added to the engine before first use. SAE 10W-30 standard engine oil is recommended for normal operating conditions and temperature. Checking oil Checking the oil in the engine (Fig. 7) Place the pressure washer on a flat, level surface.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Adding fuel USE FRESH UNLEADED FUEL (PETROL), 90 OCTANE OR CAUTION BETTER. Do NOT use E10 or Ethanol blends as they can cause rusting of the fuel tank. Move away from fuelling site before starting the pressure washer. WARNING THE FUEL CAP HAS A VENT.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Connecting the Hose Only connect the pressure washer to COLD water. Hot water will CAUTION damage the pressure washer. Attached the garden hose (not supplied) to the pressure washer's water inlet (7). Connect the garden hose to a COLD water tap and turn the water supply ON. NOTE: If the tap is not open sufficiently or your mains water flow is too slow, the pressure washer will not work properly.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Starting the pressure washer Before starting the pressure washer, make sure that the pressure washer is WARNING completely assembled and all the hoses are properly connected. Make sure the pressure washer stands on flat ground in a secure and stable WARNING position.

To stop spraying, release the spray gun's trigger.

MAINTENANCE & CARE Maintenance In order to maintain your pressure washer in proper working order perform the maintenance and checking operation at regular intervals. Leave all the maintenance other than the items listed in the instruction manual to an authorised service centre. Maintenance Chart Refer to the following chart for routine maintenance.
MAINTENANCE & CARE Oil change Changing the engine oil (Fig. 18) Put the pressure washer on a flat, level surface. Drain the oil while the engine is warm to assure rapid and complete draining. Place an oil pan or a suitable container underneath the pressure washer's oil drain plug. Unscrew the oil drain plug and filter cap to drain the engine oil.
MAINTENANCE & CARE Sediment cup The sediment cup prevents dirt and water that may be in the fuel tank from entering the carburettor. Put the pressure washer on a flat, level surface. Move the fuel tap lever to the OFF position. Remove the sediment cup.
MAINTENANCE & CARE Cleaning the water filter The pressure washer is equipped with a small water filter to protect the pump from debris in the water supply. If the filter is not kept clean, the water flow to the pressure washer will be restricted and may damage the pressure washer.
