IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
KEEP THE APPLIANCE AWAY FROM WATER.
USAGE
1. Use on dry hair only. Never use the appliance with hair spray or other chemical hair products. This
may damage hair and the appliance.
2. Plug the appliance into wall outlet. To turn it on, press and hold the button for a few seconds.
3. Turn the temperature dial clockwise to increase the temperature from 110 °C to 210 °C; each dial to
increase by 10 °C.
4. Turn the temperature dial counterclockwise to decrease the temperature; each dial to decrease by 10
°C.
5. A lock symbol will be shown on the display after 10s standby and the temperature cannot be adjusted
by a single dial; turn the temperature dial until the lock symbol disappears from the display, which
means that the temperature control function is active again.
6. Press and hold the button for a few seconds to turn the appliance off. The appliance will turn off
automatically after 60 minutes of non-use.
Styling
Start with clean, dry hair. Use clips to divide hair into small sections depending on the thickness of hair.
Grab a section of hair to curl, open the clamp of the curling tong and place the ends of the hair between
the open clamp and the barrel. Gently close the clamp. Rotate the curling tong inward or outward,
depending on the style, wrapping the hair around the barrel as you rotate. Hold for 5-8 seconds before
releasing hair.
Use caution with styling time and heat settings to avoid damaging hair.
Allow hair to cool before combing through.
Once styling is complete, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before storing it away.
NOTE: Due to high heat temperatures, appliance should not be used on hair extensions.
Heat Setting
Important: When using the appliance for the first time, select the lowest heat setting and test on small
section of hair. If you want to use a higher setting, be sure to gradually increase the temperature. Never
style hair for the first time on a high setting as this may damage hair. Use only as much heat as needed
