USING THE COOLBOX CONTROL PANEL 7. Timer Button: Activates the CoolBox TIMER feature allowing you stop the unit after a certain number of hours. More on this function on Page 9. 8. Anion (ionizer) Button: Turns the ANION function ON or OFF. An ionizer works by emitting negatively charged ions (ANION) into a room.
THE LCD PANEL The Cool-A-Zone CoolBox has a user-friendly and easy-to-use LCD indication panel with one-touch button features for activating, timing, setting, and full control of your CoolBox. The diagram below outlines what the various buttons and indicators mean. Note that the central area (in white below) is an indicator panel, the grey area denotes the buttons.
USING THE TIMER FUNCTION STANDBY MODE The Coolbox is in stand-by state whenever it is turned off but left plugged in. The unit will resume operation at the same settings when it put into stand-by . WHAT THE TIMER FUNCTION DOES Allows for an automatic activation or shutdown of the unit.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 1. Ensure that when doing any cleaning or maintenance, that your Cool-A-Zone CoolBox unit is powered OFF and UNPLUGGED! 2. Cleaning the outside of the CoolBox: We recommend soap and water or a mild cleaner with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based chemical cleaning agents.
