Remote Control Menu (Login) Power On/Off Move and Select: Up, Down, Left, Right, Enter Numerical keypad Play video Pause/Play, Reverse, Forward, Stop Monitor Adjustment Escape, press to return to previous screen... - Page 5 Initial Video Display When the unit is powered on, the screen displays “Loading,” as shown above. The process takes about 1 minute. NOTE: The system will not load properly if the HDD or SD Memory Card is defective or not installed properly. DO NOT install or remove the HDD or SD Memory Card while the system is loading.

Main Menu CAUTION: Recording is suspended while in any Menu mode. Press the Menu button on the remote control to access the Main Menu screen. Toggle between the icons using the up/down/left/right buttons on the remote. To choose an option, press the Enter button. At any point in the following menus, press Escape on the remote control to go back to the previous screen. - Page 7 Search Menu / Playlist CAUTION: Recording is suspended while in any Menu mode. The green highlighted dates in the calendar indicate video recordings. To see the list of recordings (below), use the remote control numerical keypad to enter a date, or click on Search, then press Enter. To review a video, scroll through the list, press Enter to select, then click on Play.

System Setup Menu CAUTION: Recording is suspended while in any Menu mode. To reach the System Setup Menu, choose “Sys Setup” from the Main Menu screen (see page 6). Once there, you can check and adjust information including security/password management, time & date settings (page 9), power management (page 9), parameters management (page 10), and disk formatting (page 10). -
