The Sciener Smart Lock mobile app is designed to complement the Digitalhome Smart Lock, offering users a seamless and secure way to manage their lock system through their smartphones. To download, you can scan the QR code. Or you can search “Sciener smart lock” in Google Play and App Store. - Page 5 Registration / Login Registration / Login Registration Users can register an account using a mobile phone or email, which currently supports 200 countries and regions worldwide. The verification code will be sent to the user's mobile phone or email. After verification, the registration will be successful.

Lock Management Lock Management Successful Login The first time you use the Sciener app, if no lock has been added or no eKey is in the account, the home page will display as shown in Fig. a. If there is already a lock or eKey in the account, the Lock Screen shown in Fig. - Page 7 Lock Management Lock Management Lock Adding The app supports different types of locks, including door locks, safe locks, lock cylinders, parking locks, bicycle locks, and remote controls. When adding a device, you must first select the lock type, or you can choose 'All Locks' to scan for all kinds of locks.

Once authorization is successful, the authorized eKey will match the administrator’s interface. It can send eKeys, passcodes, and other access modes to normal users. However, the authorized administrator cannot grant an administrator access to other users.

Permanent Passcode The permanent passcode must be used within 24 hours after it is generated; otherwise, it will automatically expire.

The smart lock connects directly via Bluetooth, but with an additional device—the gateway—you can connect the lock to Wi-Fi. The gateway acts as a bridge between the smart lock and your home Wi-Fi network. Through the gateway, users can remotely unlock the lock, view real-time access, and remotely delete or modify user access.
