  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY Place the stepper on a flat, solid surface. Attach the exercise computer to the stepper by sliding it in the direction shown below. Attach the resistance ropes to the hooks on the stepper.

    OPERATION Exercise Computer Display Mode button Mode • Press the mode button to cycle through the different modes (REPS/MIN, TIME, CALORIES, SCAN). • Press and hold the mode button for 5 seconds to reset the exercise computer.
