    Back up important data regularly before a problem occurs with the computer. The Samsung Recovery app may not be provided in models with less than 64 GB • of storage. If you cannot access the Samsung Recovery app, refer to Windows recovery feature.

    Disassembly and Assembly Case Rear Remove Be sure to remove the Case rear while the computer is secured on a flat surface. • It is possible to damage parts or components when using sharp metal tools. • Using the opening tool, remove the 4 rubber feet on the Case rear. If you are going to use tweezers, use tweezers made out of plastic or rubber because it is possible to damage parts or components when using sharp metal tweezers.

Using the tweezers, grasp the 2 tape heads and pull them out to remove the tapes. When removing the tape with tweezers, apply a steady force to prevent it from breaking in the middle.
