    Slowly lift bucket control and confirm the rotating lock mechanism has engaged the lower lock bar on the cart. Complete the dump cycle if engaged, otherwise lower the cart and reposition it.   • Page 34 To cover the load: When using a Petersen manufactured and installed load cover, please follow these procedures: 1. Knuckle the bucket to the front of the dump body. 2. Hook the tarp chain to the hook on the bucket. 3. Extend the boom to cover the debris, and rest the bucket on the load.
