Where can I get expansion nuts for mounting the baseplate? My unit is only 2 years old.
@Bob Hewitt I was told the online instructions are available to disable/enable the auto lid/seat function for the UXA Pearl seat. On page 6 it just discusses what it does no instructions to enable or disable this function. I called customer service they walked me through the process to disable it. I tried to enable it today by doing the same thing in reverse I was instructed. I held the button for open/close lid for 5 seconds. I heard a beep, but nothing changed.
