INSTALLATION
Connection and Disconnection of Units
Connection of Units
• Ensure that the connection of the handpiece is compatible with that of the micromotor.
• In order to couple it, press the handpiece on the coupling of the micromotor until it is fastened.
Disconnection of Units
• To uncouple, pull out the handpiece in parallel.
• Never place or remove the handpiece when the micromotor is functioning.
Mounting & Dismounting the Bur
Mounting the Endo Hand Files
• Press the button to insert the le into the handpiece head.
• Release the button once the le is securely in place.
Dismounting the Endo Hand Files
• Press the push button securely and then remove the le.
CAUTIONS
• Do not insert or remove the le while the handpiece is rotating.
• Do not use non-ISO standard les.
• Avoid applying excessive pressure on the le, as it may break and become di cult to remove.
• Ensure that the shank of the le is free from dirt and debris before inserting it into the handpiece
to prevent damage.
LUBRICATING THE HANDPIECE
Lubricate handpiece with Waldent Unispray Universal Handpiece Spray after each use or before
autoclaving.
