RATE - Controls the speed of the modulation
DEPTH - Controls the depth of the modulation
LEVEL B - Sets the level of either RATE, DEPTH or
FDB/ when preset B is enabled (blue LED on).
LAG
What Level B controls depends on the setting of the
LEVEL B SELECTION toggle switch. Set Level B
higher than the RATE, DEPTH or FDB/LAG knob
