    E N G I N E Model 177F-BH Both the choke and throttle controls have holes designed for mounting control wire cables. The diagram will illus + trate how to mount a solid steel wire and a meshed steel wire. If choosing a meshed steel wire, a retaining spring is required.

  • Page 20 E N G I N E Model 177F-BH SERVICE OF AIR CLEANER To keep the carburetor in good working condition inspect the air filter daily. CAUTION: Never run the engine without an air cleaner or severe damage will occur. Unscrew the wing nut and remove the air cleaner housing.
